Placing an Order

After browsing and adding items to your cart, (click on the cart icon- if you added the items when not logged in), review your order, and proceed to cart. At cart page click place order. The order will be saved and you will be redirected to the order success page. in the success page enter your delivery address, then click pay now to pay, you will get a modal with the phone number you used in the account signup in the 254712345678 format (ensure the contact is safaricom number). Then click proceeed(you will get a stk prompt enter mpesa pin). After paying your order will be processed.

Order Confirmation

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email, SMS or a call from our team, to get guidance on the remaining steps, ie when the order delivery is expected, picking place etc.

Order Tracking

You can track the status of your order by logging into your account on our website and clicking on the "My Orders" tab.
